The goods

Commercial and home gym equipment, structural steel strength training apparatus, free weights, resistance hardware, and training accessories. Item specifications state standard inclusions, quantities, and structural format. Technical imagery provides representation; protective packaging geometry may vary marginally.

Ordering and contract

An order submission occurs upon final checkout confirmation. We acknowledge receipt by email, but sales contract formation occurs upon warehouse handover to the carrier. We reserve the authority to reject orders in cases of inventory exhaustion or unverifiable credentials, issuing a prompt refund of collected funds.

Prices and payment

Commercial prices appear in GBP and include statutory VAT where applicable. Freight fees are calculated and stated during checkout prior to confirmation. Permitted payment options: Cash on delivery. If an overt clerical error affects pricing prior to shipment, we will notify you to either reconfirm at corrected terms or void the transaction.

Delivery

Freight channels, expected transit intervals, and schedules appear on the Delivery & Payment page. Transfer of operational risk to the purchaser occurs upon physical delivery of the consignment.

Product images and colours

Catalog photography depicts production units from our inventory. Color rendering depends on monitor profiling, browser rendering, and ambient light; minor coating shade variations do not constitute mechanical defect or entitle the buyer to freight-free returns or compensation. Mechanical dimensions, steel gauge, and bundle components are specified on individual product sheets.

Transfer of risk

Consignments remain under our legal custody until the freight courier delivers them to you or an authorized agent at your designated destination. Risk of loss or physical damage transfers at receipt. Apparent transit damage must be recorded immediately on the carrier receipt and reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery subject to the criteria published on the Returns page. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all strength equipment carries a 24-month statutory warranty against manufacturing defects in steel fabrication, welds, and structural integrity, excluding ordinary wear and tear, cosmetic scratching, or incorrect installation.

• Customized or custom-fabricated strength equipment built to non-standard bespoke dimensions or finishes
• Consumable conditioning items, chalk formulations, or liquid grip compounds with broken safety seals
• Assembled, floor-anchored, or structurally modified gym racks and apparatus that cannot be returned in original condition
• Hygiene-sensitive training wear and support accessories, including lifting straps and knee sleeves, where protective hygienic packaging has been opened
• Multi-component equipment sets that have been inseparably assembled with third-party hardware after delivery

Liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, our maximum aggregate liability arising from any order is strictly limited to £100 or the total purchase price paid for the equipment. No term herein operates to waive or restrict statutory liability that cannot be excluded under binding legislation.

Age and use

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age to submit an order. Equipment must be operated according to technical documentation; this hardware is not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical direction.

Governing law and disputes

The laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of the United Kingdom. If direct communication does not resolve a dispute, jurisdiction falls to the competent court at the seller's official registration address, preserving mandatory statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction of residence.
