Order processing
Transactions finalized prior to 12:00 on regular working days depart the warehouse the same day. Purchases finalized after the cut-off threshold, on weekend days, or during statutory holidays ship the subsequent business day. An automated message containing your reference number issues immediately upon checkout completion.

Tracking your parcel
An automated tracking number and consignment status notification are issued to your provided email address and mobile telephone number as soon as the courier collects the parcel.
Lost or delayed parcel
If consignment tracking indicates static status for 5 consecutive business days, contact [email protected] citing your invoice number. We initiate a formal carrier investigation and either dispatch a replacement unit or issue a complete refund, per your instructions, within 10 business days of notice.
Damaged on arrival
Inspect the parcel upon arrival; report any visible transit damage within 48 hours to [email protected] with clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and damaged components to initiate a courier inspection and immediate replacement arrangement.
Payment methods
Accepted settlement channels are Cash on delivery. We never request banking credentials or payment card figures by email or phone.
Delivery outside United Kingdom
Delivery is available to specified territories. Applicable freight charges and transit estimates for your destination appear at checkout prior to final payment. Import tariffs or customs fees, if assessed, remain the responsibility of the recipient.
