Order
Settle via bank wire or cash on delivery. An automated receipt containing your reference identifier issues immediately.
Dispatch
Purchases completed prior to daily cut-off dispatch on the same working day, crated and assigned to an insured carrier with continuous tracking.
Use and return
Assemble according to the provided specification sheet. If your setup requirements change, items can be returned within 30 days subject to our standard terms.

Common questions
What payment methods are supported for orders?We accept advance bank transfer and cash on delivery. For bank transfers, proforma invoice details are supplied at checkout. For cash on delivery, payment is handed directly to the freight carrier upon arrival.
How are heavy frames packaged to prevent transit damage?All structural steel components are individually sleeved in dense foam wrap, grouped with edge boards, and strapped to a reinforced timber pallet. Small hardware pieces are sealed in numbered bags inside a rigid internal carton.
What is the return policy if the equipment does not fit my space?We provide a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returned items must be completely unused, unbolted, and packed inside their original shipping cartons and pallet packaging. Return freight handling applies.
