Returns & Refunds
Purchases from AlphaRig may be returned within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason. This document defines the technical criteria, the procedure, freight cost allocation, and refund processing schedules.
Conditions
Equipment must be returned within exactly 30 days of delivery, completely unassembled, in original undamaged packaging with all bolts, accessories, instruction manuals, and protective wrappings intact.
Return procedure
- Submit return notification to [email protected] specifying your order number and item details
- Receive return merchandise authorization and official United Kingdom return depot address
- Pack items securely in original protective packaging with all structural hardware and unbroken seals
- Receive the refund within 3-10 business days after the returned item passes warehouse inspection
Who pays return shipping
When an item exhibits manufacturing defects, transit damage, or specification mismatch, we bear the freight cost by supplying a prepaid label or booking carrier collection. If you return equipment electively, return shipping is your expense; no restocking fee is deducted.
Refund timing and method
Payment settlement occurs within 3 business days after mechanical inspection is approved. Orders settled via cash on delivery are reimbursed by wire to your specified bank account; bank-transfer purchases revert directly to the originating account. Settlement typically reflects in your balance within 1 to 5 business days.

Exchanges
To switch dimensions, specification, or model, complete the standard return procedure and submit a fresh order; we credit the returned unit upon warehouse intake. If the replacement originates from our fulfillment error, standard freight on the new unit is free of charge.
Cancelling an order
Orders may be voided without cost prior to warehouse dispatch. Send a cancellation notice containing your order identifier to [email protected]. Following dispatch, standard return provisions govern the transaction.
