Raw Materials and Finishing Engineering
A breakdown of the physical metals, finishes, and padding used across our equipment range.
| Ingredient | What it does | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 11-Gauge Q235 Structural Steel | Provides rigid structural uprights that resist bending under static barbell loads. | Certified structural steel profiles |
| High-Density Rebonded Foam and Vinyl | Maintains pelvic and thoracic support without bottoming out under bodyweight and bar load. | Commercial grade upholstery |
| Thermoset Matte Powder Coat | Creates a tactile grip texture while protecting bare steel from ambient moisture and sweat. | Industrial electrostatic application |
Sourcing
We purchase certified steel from industrial mills maintaining lot traceability and mill test records. Verification paperwork is archived for every heat lot.
Testing
Each production run undergoes tolerance, finish, and weld inspection before release. Parts exceeding allowable variance do not pass inventory control.
Labelling
The technical sheet lists all structural materials, steel gauges, and hardware classifications. Specified mechanical dimensions correspond exactly to delivered goods.
Technical data outlines structural equipment composition. It does not constitute biomechanical or medical advice; consult a medical specialist prior to beginning load-bearing training.
